Edmento Technologies Private Limited is a 100% digital software platform. No physical goods are manufactured, warehoused, or shipped. This page is provided to satisfy payment gateway merchant onboarding and regulatory requirements.
1. Nature of Products & Services
All products and services offered by Edmento are delivered electronically over the internet. These include:
- Subscription access to Edmento Resolve AI — a cloud-based school management SaaS platform.
- AI-generated content including quiz packs, question papers, lesson plans, substitution schedules, and progress reports, delivered in real time within the platform.
- School-branded mobile applications, delivered as downloadable apps via the Google Play Store (Android) and Apple App Store (iOS).
- Onboarding documentation, training materials, and support resources, delivered digitally via email and the platform dashboard.
There are no physical goods, no warehousing operations, no packaging, and no courier or logistics partners involved in any Edmento transaction.
2. Digital Delivery
Upon successful payment confirmation:
- Institutional administrators receive login credentials, an onboarding guide, and access to the school management dashboard within 1 business day.
- School-branded mobile applications (where included in the subscription plan) are made available for download within 5–7 business days of subscription activation, following completion of the app store submission process.
- AI-generated content is delivered in real time within the platform interface at the point of generation.
- GST-compliant invoices and payment receipts are issued immediately via email and accessible within the account dashboard.

4. Delivery Failure — What to Do
If you do not receive access credentials, a welcome email, or are unable to access the Platform within the timelines above following confirmed payment, contact us immediately:

Our support team will investigate and resolve confirmed access failures within 1 business day of receiving your report.
5. Geographic Availability
Edmento’s services are primarily designed and supported for institutions and individuals in India. Access from international locations is technically possible; however, billing, support, and service documentation are optimised for Indian users. GST at the applicable rate applies to all transactions by Indian customers. International subscribers should contact sales@edmento.com for applicable terms.
6. No Physical Shipping — Explicit Confirmation
There are no shipping charges, no courier partners, no tracking numbers, and no physical delivery addresses required for any Edmento subscription or service. If you encounter a field requesting a physical shipping address during checkout, please stop and contact support@edmento.com immediately, as this would indicate a technical error.
